Lang Lang (CANCELED)
Lang Lang said he was sorry for not being able to keep his appointment with the public in Florence and in the only Italian date. He has also canceled two other concerts in the United States on March 3rd and 5th that he should have taken before his Florentine performance which would also have marked the debut of his European tour.
For the refund of tickets:
You may request a refund of the tickets from Tuesday, March 14, and up to Tuesday, March 21, 2017 as follows:
- Those who bought tickets online at www.operadifirenze.it will receive the refund on the same bank account used for the purchase, in the times permitted by its own banking system;
- Those who bought tickets at the Ticket Office of the Opera di Firenze or by telephone on 055.2779309 can request a refund at the Ticket Office of the Opera di Firenze only in presale hours (from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00, Saturday from 10.00 to 13.00: during the show is not possible to claim a refund);
- Those who bought tickets at a Boxoffice sale points may ask the refund in the same store where they have been purchased.
