The Tempest

Inspidred by William Shakespeare's play

The Tempest, with music from Henry Purcell, is an interdisciplinary project between several high schools of Tuscany which aim is to bring young people on the stage to deal with one of the great masterpieces of Shakespeare. For The Tempest Henry Purcell wrote beautiful stage music, evocative of the fantastic climate in which is set the story whose protagonist is the magician Prospero.

Interdisciplinary project between Machiavelli-Capponi High School, the Music High School Passaglia of Lucca and the Art School Leon Battista Alberti in Florence.
