Maestro Riccardo Muti comes back in the Opera di Firenze to conduct his Youth Orchestra "Luigi Cherubini".
After his private visit of July 13, 2014 Muti said: "I was very impressed by the beauty of this theater and the extraordinary acoustics of the hall; I could 'feel' it, playing a few notes on the piano from the orchestra pit".
The program with which Maestro Muti want to try the acoustics of the Opera in Florence is the 4th symphony of Schubert, inspired by the fifth of Beethoven and Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5, with his dark tones of the 'theme of fate' that softens the finale.
