A homage in dance to Ennio Morricone: The evening includes a ballet in three parts which opens with a piece of contemporary music, the Fourth concert, while the second part is formed by a series of famous soundtracks that follow one another while the dancers move inspired by scenes from the movies Once Upon a Time in America and The Mission. I Nostri Tempi

The first section of the ballet opens with a piece of contemporary music (Fourth concert), keeping the distances from the work done for the cinema by Morricone. The music here becomes abstract texture, but not without its poetic, as is the case in the choreography.

The second section is a first look at the work done for the cinema. A series of soundtracks become entangled in an emotional succession , evocative, in which the dancers seem to bring to the eyes some scenes of movies Once Upon a Time in America, The Mission and other tracks.

For the third section, I wanted to dedicate a page fundamental, a strong history of collaboration, that between Morricone and Sergio Leone who made school in the films of the Western genre. This is for me the most fun section that leads us to the conclusion of a small peek inside a huge and never repetitive career of a great Italian composer famous in the world.
