To celebrate the last day of Carnival, the Opera of Florence presents in collaboration with the Conservatorio di Musica "Luigi Cherubini" of Florence, a semi-staged representation of the most famous operetta by Johann Strauss, Jr. It will be the first time ever that this unique, sparkling work by the king of the Viennese Waltz is presented at the Florentine theater. The public is invited to come in costume and join the artists at the great celebration in the house of Prince Orlofsky.
